Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — Key points

Clients engaged in Australia retain statutory rights under the ACL. Our obligations are in addition to those rights.

Services must be rendered with due care and skill, be fit for purpose and supplied within a reasonable time. If a service fails to meet a guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as re-supply or refund under ACL.

Where our terms affect consumers or small businesses, provisions that are unfair may be void. We endeavour to keep terms transparent and reasonable.

To the extent permitted by law, we limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. ACL rights cannot be excluded where not permitted by law.
